RagaFlix by MRINDiGi provides music and audio services at https://ragaflix.mrindigi.com and through its Android app.
We use account details, email, billing name and address, phone number, orders, payment references and membership status to provide your account and purchases. Listening activity, credit balances, unlocked songs, favourites and playlists support your music experience. Browser/device details, IP addresses and server logs may be processed for site operation and security.
Razorpay processes online payments. RagaFlix records order and payment references; payment credentials are entered through the payment provider. Hosting, email and other enabled service providers process information needed to operate the service. Embedded content and enabled chat features may send interactions to their respective providers.
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies for login, sessions, cart and checkout. Browser storage may also preserve listening preferences. Disabling necessary cookies can prevent login or checkout from working.
Account and listening information is kept to provide the service. Order records and security logs may need to be retained for accounting, disputes and applicable legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion through support; records required for legal or security purposes may be retained.
RagaFlix is a service of MRINDiGi (merchant brand: Mrindigi). Contact our support email for privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests. We may verify account ownership before acting and aim to acknowledge requests within three business days. We keep information only as needed for the stated purposes and applicable legal, accounting and dispute requirements; information no longer required is deleted or anonymised. This policy is updated when our processing changes.
We do not sell personal information. Authorised providers receive information needed to deliver their services or meet legal obligations. You can control cookies through your browser and request removal of optional account information. Required payment and dispute records may need to be retained. Do not submit passwords, OTPs or full payment credentials in support or chat messages.
