Current paid memberships last 30 days from payment confirmation and renew manually. There is no automatic recurring debit to cancel. To stop renewing, do not purchase another membership period.
Stopping renewal does not itself refund a paid order or end the current period early. After the paid period expires, the account returns to the Free plan. Contact support for a payment or delivery problem under the Refund Policy.
Closing a payment screen does not establish whether a payment succeeded. Check the order and payment status before retrying. Account deletion and access to personal information are handled under the Privacy Policy; deletion is separate from a refund request.
If automatic renewal is introduced, cancellation instructions and recurring-payment terms must be provided before customers enrol.
Contact our support email within seven calendar days of payment to request review of an unactivated or undelivered membership. Include your account email, order number and payment reference. We aim to acknowledge requests within three business days. If cancellation and refund are approved, the refund is initiated within seven business days to the original payment method. Used memberships are reviewed under the Refund Policy. Bank posting times may vary and statutory rights remain available.
